Abstract: Aim: to study was immunohistochemical estrogen (ER) and progesterone (PR) receptors in the endometrium of women with infertility caused by benign ovarian structural changes. Material and methods. The study involved 270 patients with infertility caused by benign ovarian structural changes. Their age ranged from 24 to 34 years. On the basis of clinical examination of the patient were divided into three groups: the first group consisted of 120 patients with ovarian follicular cysts, the second 120 - with polycystic ovary syndrome and a control group - 30 healthy women.Results.According hysteroscopy for infertility caused by benign ovarian structural changes characteristic mosaic pattern, confirmed by immunohistochemistry studies: endometrial hyperplasia was found in 52% of patients, hypoplastic endometriy- at 5.6% and the lack of secretory phase - in 42.4% of patients. In patients with infertility caused by, benign ovarian structural changes in the proliferative phase of the menstrual cycle revealed: increased expression of estrogen receptors in endometrial stroma more than 2.6 times in the endometrial glands - more than 4.2 times, reduction of the level of progesterone receptors in the stroma endometrial glands and more than 1.3 times.Conclusions: In infertility there is a significant increase in the expression of ERa-estrogen receptor, thus, stromal expression was most in polycystic ovary syndrome, and estrogen receptivity glandular epithelium - during ovarian follicular cysts. Expression of the PR-progesterone receptor in benign infertility due to structural changes in the ovaries was significantly reduced in the stroma and glands in the endometrium. Our data immunohistochemical studies suggest that progesterone reduced endometrial receptivity, disrupting the formation of favorable conditions for the implantation of a fertilized egg leads to infertility.
