Abstract

Рассмотрены современные возможности применения методов визуализации, эндоскопии, генетических маркеров в диагностике гинекологических заболеваний. Отражены принципы эндоскопического лечения всех видов гинекологической патологии, в том числе при доброкачественных и злокачественных заболеваниях, женщин репродуктивного возраста, с применением минимально инвазивных методик. Представлены современные данные об особенностях тактики ведения перед и после ЭКО. Предложены различные подходы к решению проблем гинекологических патологий вопросов бесплодия. Изложены новые данные о применении современных технологии в программах вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий. Modern advancements in the application of visualization techniques, endoscopy, and genetic markers for the diagnosis of gynecological diseases are reviewed. The principles of endoscopic treatment for all forms of gynecological pathology—including both benign and malignant conditions in women of reproductive age—using minimally invasive methods are outlined. Current data on management strategies before and after IVF are presented. Various approaches to addressing gynecological pathologies and infertility issues are proposed. New findings on the use of cutting-edge technologies in assisted reproductive technology programs are described.
