dc.description.abstract | Sovunlar turli darajadagi antibakterial ta’sirga ega bo‘lib, terini tozalovchi vosita hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada antibakterial ta’sirga ega bo‘lgan 8 turdagi sovunlar, ya’ni Protex, Absolut, Dettol, Safeguard, Luscan, Boro Plus, qora moyli sovun Vesna va Ultra-C sovunlari tanlab olindi va ushbu sovun turlarining bakteriyalarga bakteritsid ta’siri aniqlandi. Tajribamiz uchun teri mikroflorasida uchraydigan autoxton (St. epidermidis, St. haemolyticus) va alloxton (St. aureus, Candida albicans va E. coli) bakteriyalar tanlab olindi. Tadqiqotlar natijasida E.coli va Candida albicans bakteriyalari barcha sinalgan sovunlarga chidamli ekanligi aniqlandi. Ushbu sovunlarga eng yuqori sezuvchanlikni St.aureus bakteriyasi namoyon qilib, 5 ta ingibirlash zonasini hosil qildi. St.haemolyticus Ultra-C va Boro Plus sovunlariga, St.epidermidis esa faqat Boro Plus sovuniga sezgir ekanligi aniqlandi | en_US |
