Abstract: Comparative analysis of clinical and immu nological parameters in children with atopic dermatitis and with comorbid atopic dermatitis and bronchial asth ma. Material and methods: Under our supervision there were 50 children with comorbid atopic dermatitis, ob served by us in 2017-2019, and 30 children with atopic der matitis. Results: Atopic dermatitis with bronchial asthma occurs predominantly in boys under 5 years of age. 60.9% of young children had severe atopic dermatitis with bron chial asthma. In the comorbid course of atopic dermatitis with bronchial asthma, a high diagnostic concentration of specific IgE to food allergens was detected in 72.5% of chil dren. Conclusions: 65% of patients with severe severity ac cording to the SCORAD index were predominantly children under 5 years of age with bronchial asthma; High diagnos tically significant food concentrations of IgE were found in 72.5% of patients with bronchial asthma.
