Abstract: Pregnancy loss before 21 weeks, often referred to as miscarriage, remains a significant challenge in obstetric care. Early identification of high-risk patients. Timely recogni tion of women at risk for miscarriage is crucial for effec tive management. Several small trials have suggested that progesterone therapy may rescue a pregnancy in women with early pregnancy bleeding, which is a symptom that is strongly associated with miscarriage.
