Abstract: Preeclampsia - one or more after 20 weeks of pregnancy arterial accompanying organ dysfunction and/or significant proteinuria characterized by hypertension, pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum periods an aggravating multisystem pathological condition. Tumors are not mandatory diagnostic criteria for PE. Various risk factors are associated with a higher likelihood of developing preeclampsia. That's it however, it should be noted that most cases of preeclampsia develop in healthy nulliparous women without obvious risk factors.
