Abstract

We examined 270 patients with infertility due to benign structural changes in the ovaries. Hysteroscopy and immunohistochemical examination of the endometrial condition in patients with infertility due to benign structural changes in the ovaries was performed. Immunohistochemical analysis of the endometrium revealed significant differences in the study of receptor expression in the glands and stroma of the endometrium. The highest indices of the proliferative factor in both the glands and the stroma of the endometrium are naturally found in endometrial hyperplasia. When the luteal phase of the endometrium was inadequate, the expression in the epithelial cells of the glands was 3.8 times higher than normal values, and in stromal cells -1.8 times higher than normal.
