Оценка эффективности использования Инотир® в сочетании с Белара® при синдроме поликистозных яичников

Abstract

60 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were examined. The main group consisted of 40 women who received combination therapy with the multicomponent drug Inotir®, in combination with chlormadinone acetate, ethinyl estradiol containing (COC) Belara®. The control group included 20 healthy women of reproductive age. The use of combination therapy led to the normalization of the menstrual cycle, had an impact on the structure and volume of the ovaries, antiandrogenic action and normalization of carbohydrate metabolism.
