dc.description.abstractThe data presented covers the use of endoscopic technologies in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the reproductive system.Modern possibilities of utilizing visualization methods, endoscopy, and genetic markers in the diagnosis of gynecological diseases are reviewed.The principles of endoscopic treatment for all types of gynecological pathology, including benign and malignant diseases in women of reproductive age using minimally invasive techniques, are discussed. Uptodate information is provided on management strategies before and after IVF. Various approaches to addressing gynecological pathologies and infertility issues are proposed.New data are presented on the use of modern technologies in assisted reproductive technology programs.The material is intended for obstetricians-gynecologists, reproductive specialists, researchers, and medical educators.en_US
