О КЛАССИФИКАЦИИ РУБЦОВЫХ СТЕНОЗОВ ТРАХЕИ

Abstract

Maqolada traxeya chandiqli torayishining mavjud bo‘lgan tasniflar keltirilgan. Mavjud tasniflar tahlili asosida mualliflar yangi tasnif taklif etadi. Ushbu tasnifga operatsiyadan keyingi va yallig‘lanishli stenozlar, traxeyaning to‘liq to‘silishi (okklyuziyasi), chandiq jarayonining dinamikasi va stenozning nisbiy uzunligi kabi muhim parametrlar kiritilgan. Keltirilgan tasnif asosidagi yondashuv tashxis qo‘yish aniqligini va bemor uchun eng maqbul davolash taktikasini tanlash imkonini beradi, bu esa hayot sifatining yaxshilanishiga xizmat qiladi. The existing classifications of cicatricial stenosis of the trachea based on many years of clinical experience are described. The need to update the classifications taking into account new endoscopic and surgical capabilities is emphasized. A new classification is proposed that includes additional parameters such as postoperative and inflammatory stenosis, tracheal occlusion, the degree of dynamics of the cicatricial process and the relative extent of stenosis. The approach proposed on the basis of the developed classification allows for a more accurate diagnosis and determination of optimal treatment tactics, improving the quality of life of patients.
