The results of characterization of clinical manifestations of comorbid pathology in chronic gastroduodenitis in children associated with helicobacteriosis are highlighted. The analysis showed that in this group of children, compared with the control group, a high value of the comorbidity index was found, which has a prognostic value for detecting a variety of concomitant conditions that aggravate the course of the underlying disease. It is concluded that the use of comorbidity index parameters is an additional criterion for assessing the occurrence of extravagant manifestations in chronic gastroduodenitis associated with helicobacteriosis.en_US
