dc.description.abstractGrowing evidence suggests that systemic inflammatory mediators play a decisive role in rheumatoid arthritis progression. Within this research, the levels and diagnostic value of key biomarkers were assessed among patients with different clinical forms of RA. The extra-articular variant displayed a more aggressive inflammatory profile, accompanied by significantly raised IL-1, IL-6, and TNF-α. Furthermore, increased TLR2 activity was identified as a critical factor in disease mechanisms.en_US
