dc.description.abstractn recent years, the role of immune inflammatory markers in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis has been actively studied. The results of the study showed that the inflammatory process in the ex- tra-articular form of rheumatoid arthritis is more severe. The levels of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α in this form of the disease are significantly high- er, indicating severe systemic inflammation. An increase in the level of TLR2 indicates an important role of this receptor in the pathogenesis of diseases.en_US
