Abstract:	In patients with purulent-necrotic processes in diabetes mellitus, the condition of the IL-1B, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, TNF-α, INF system based on the dynamics of cytokine levels was studied. Complex surgical treatment of the drug Reomannisol corrects the balance of cytokines, allowing them to have an antioxidant effect on the cytokine system.
