Abstract: Worldwide, at present, connective tissue pathology is a medical and social problem of internal diseases, the relevance of which is due to the following circumstances: the increase in the number of patients as a result of the accumulation of signs of connective tissue dysplasia with an autosomal dominant course among the population, the improvement of modern diagnostic capabilities, the presence of pathology in many organs and systems increases the risk of a number of complications, one of which is sudden death. According to recent studies,..."the prevalence of connective tissue dysplasia in the population varies - from 13% to 85%, which is associated with the ambiguity of accounting phenotypic features, the lack of a comprehensive approach to understanding the problem.
