Abstract: This study analyzed the dynamic changes in Annexin A1 (ANXA1) levels in patients with reactive arthritis (ReA). Over a 12-month follow-up period, ANXA1 levels were regularly measured to assess their relationship with inflammatory processes and disease activity. The results demonstrated a significant association between ANXA1 levels and ReA activity, suggesting its potential use as a biomarker for disease monitoring. The findings presented in this study contribute to a better understanding of the clinical course of ReA and may aid in the development of novel therapeutic strategies. Furthermore, the investigation of ANXA1 dynamics provides valuable insights into early joint remodeling processes, paving the way for future research in this area.
