dc.description.abstractA hygienic analysis of the nutritional characteristics, diet composition, and their impact on the physical development and health status of primary school students in the Aral Sea region revealed key deficiencies in children's nutrition — a lack of proteins, vitamins, and micronutrients, irregular eating habits, and the low biological value of the diet. These factors negatively affect children's physical development indicators. This indicates that proper and balanced nutrition has a positive influence on children's growth dynamics, motor abilities, attention, and cognitive performance.en_US
