Abstract: The article discusses the importance of genes that control the hemostasis system in children early age with pneumonia. The role of coagulation parameters and polymorphisms of the PAI-1, VEGF genes is determined. The study is devoted to the analysis of genetic variability of the hemostasis system in connection with pneumonia in young children. The aim of the study is to analyze the genetic predisposition of vascular factors, platelet factors and plasma factors that affect the course of the disease.
