dc.description.abstractUshbu maqolada zamonaviy ta’lim jarayonida talabalarning psixologik barqarorligini saqlash va ularni turli stressli vaziyatlarga moslashishga o‘rgatish hamda samarali coping-strategiyalarni shakllantirish jarayoni tahlil qilinidi. So‘nggi yillarda oliy ta’lim tizimidagi o‘zgarishlar, o‘quv yuklamasining ortishi, raqobatning kuchayishi, oilaviy va shaxsiy muammolar, ijtimoiy-psixologik bosimlar talabalarda stress darajasining sezilarli oshishiga olib kelmoqdadir. Shu sababli, stressni boshqarish bo‘yicha malaka va ko‘nikmalarni rivojlantirish, xavotir, qo‘rquv, noaniqlik kabi psixologik holatlarni konstruktiv еngishning nazariy-amaliy mexanizmlarini chuqur o‘rganish dolzarb masalalardan biri hisoblanadi.en_US
