Abstract:	Osteonecrosis of the femoral head is a severe degenerative-dystrophic disease that often develops after a viral infection COVID-19 microcirculation disorders, thromboembolic complications and the use of glucocorticosteroids are considered as key pathogenetic mechanisms. the paper reviews modern scales and tests used in clinical practice: visual analogue scale (VAS), digital scale (NRS), harris hip score (HHS), oxford hip score (OHS), WOMAC, SF-36, Lequesne and others. particular attention is paid to specialized tools for young patients, such as hip outcome score (HOS) and IHOT-33
