Abstract:	The paper presents an analysis of the results of a study of 138 women with the syndrome of the primary "empty" sella turcica. Of these, 81 patients were diagnosed with the full form of the "empty" sella turcica, and 57 patients were diagnosed with the developing form. The patients were analyzed for changes in their reproductive systems, depending on the form. The hormonal profile and gynecological history were studied.
