To study comorbidity and its types in women with anemia. Materials and methods: A retrospective analysis of 856 case histories was carried out, with the completion of a specially compiled questionnaire containing passport data, clinical diagnosis, laboratory biochemical and instrumental data confirming the diagnosis. Results: The incidence of anemia was 92.8%. In all age groups, moderate anemia was most often detected, averaging 62.3%. Analyzing the comorbidity in women with anemia, it was found that the largest percentage was the pathology of the cardiovascular system, in the second position of the gastrointestinal tract diseases, and then, in decreasing order – the pathology of the respiratory system, kidney disease, rheumatic diseases, endocrine system diseases, blood diseases (except anemia). Conclusions: the incidence of comorbid pathology increases against the background of anemia in women, thereby worsening the prognosis of the disease, therefore, an oriented approach to the prevention and prognosis of chronic non-infectious diseases is required, especially in the early stages of development.en_US
