Abstract: This study aimed to investigate changes in the microscopic composition of bile in children recovering from viral hepatitis B (rHBV) and C (rHCV) with biliary system pathology (BSP), and to improve therapeutic treatment. Conducted from 2018 to 2022 in hepatological centers across Uzbekistan, the study involved 36 children with rHBV and 32 with rHCV. A comparison group of 20 children without biliary tract pathology and 10 healthy children served as controls. Clinical methods included general examinations, biochemical tests, ultrasounds, and bile analysis. Patients were divided into three groups based on treatment, which included dietary therapy, physiotherapy, and the drug Phosphogliv. Results indicated significant reductions in pathological elements like cholesterol crystals and microliths, particularly in those receiving combined therapy. The study concluded that a combination of pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments leads to almost complete normalization of bile composition in children with rHBV and rHCV, suggesting this as the optimal rehabilitation approach.
