Abstract:	I ntroduction: Cardiac auscultation is one of the main methods of clinical diagnosis, which makes it possible to identify characteristic changes in tones and noises caused by impaired heart valve function. It plays an import ant role in the early detection of defects, assessment of their type, location and severity, as well as in determining fur ther examination and treatment tactics.
