dc.description.abstractOlib borilgan tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, inson hazm qilish tizimi mikrobiomasi 7000 ta turga mansub bo‘lgan, taxminan 10¹⁴ dan ortiq mikrobial hujayralarni o‘z ichiga oladi. Ularning ko‘pchiligi laboratoriya sharoitida yetishtirish juda murakkab bo‘lganligi sababli, haligacha to‘liq tasniflanmagan. OIV infeksiyasi ichak o‘tkazuvchanligiga ta’sir ko‘rsatishidan tashqari, mikrobiota tarkibiga ham ta’sir qilishi mumkin. Ushbu tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, bemorlarning aksariyati 19-57 yosh guruhida ekanligi isbotlandi. OIV infeksiyali bemorlardagi diareyaga olib keluvchi sabablardan biri Bifidobakteriyalar va Lactobakteriyalar ning 35.7% va 73.8% mos ravishda bemorlarda yo‘qolib ketishi ekanligi tasdiqlandien_US
