This study evaluated the effectiveness of combining collagen with fibroblasts for treating trophic ulcers compared to conventional methods. Trophic ulcers were induced in the interscapular region through circular incisions extending to the superficial fascia. Wound healing was assessed morphologically using hematoxylin-eosin staining. The com bination of collagen and fibroblasts demonstrated superior results, with mature granulation tissue, active capillary network restoration, and nearly complete wound closure observed by day 5. These outcomes outperformed both traditional treatments and collagen-only applications, highlighting a promising approach for managing trophic ul cers.en_US
