dc.description.abstractObjective: To study the clinical and laboratory char acteristics of measles in adults. Material and methods: 208 patients were observed, 152 of whom were adults, hospitalized in the infectious diseases department of the multidisciplinary clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy in 2024. Results: In adults, the disease is more severe than in children, with severe symptoms of intoxication, more frequent complications and characteristic stages of the disease. Age and vaccination aspects, as well as the preva lence of complications such as bronchitis, were analyzed. Conclusions: The results obtained emphasize the impor tance of timely diagnosis and vaccination to reduce the severity of measles in this age group.en_US
