dc.description.abstractkalamushlarda interstitsial pnevmoniya paytida qon zardobidagi asosiy fosfolipid fraktsiyalarini aniqlash va ularni tu zatish. M aterial va usullar: 150-200 g og'irlikdagi 64 ta oq zotsiz kalamushlardan foydalanildi, ularda ikki oy davomida maxsus Kurly andskiy kamerasida tamaki tutunining surunkali ta'sirida interstit sial pnevmoniya qo'zg'atildi: 1-guruh - intakt kalamushlar, 2-guruh - nazorat, 3-guruh - 104 mg dan 2 mg lik suvli eritma. pnevmoniya fonida tana vazni, 4-guruh - pnevmoniya fonida 100 g tana vazniga 1,9 mg dozada atsetilsisteinning suvli eritmasi, 5-guruh - kalamushlar uchun 100 g tana vazniga 33,3 mg dozada polioksidoniumning suvli eritmasi, pnevmoniya fonida 6-guruh. atsetilsistein, 7-guruh - ekdisten + polioksidonium, 8-guruh - ekdisten + atsetilsistein + polioksidonium.
