dc.description.abstractThe development of a computer program for assessing the risk index for the development of an unfavorable course of coronary heart disease, depending on clinical and laboratory markers of the progression of coronary atherosclerosis, is presented. The computer program is based on the results of logistic regression analysis of the most significant predictors of destabilization of coronary atherosclerosis detected by multispiral computer coronary angiography. A personalized approach to early diagnosis using an electronic predictive platform will reduce the frequency of manifestations of the disease. This circumstance dictates the need for practical application of the software product as new information and communication technologies in the healthcare system.en_US
