Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) causes significant disturbances in haemostasis that may persist after clinical recovery. Patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and those on dialysis represent a vulnerable group due to their preexisting haemostatic alterations and increased thrombotic risk. This review examines the pathophysiological mechanisms, laboratory abnormalities, clinical manifestations, and management strategies for coagulation disturbances in patients with renal impairment after COVID-19. The challenges in balancing thrombotic and hemorrhagic complications are discussed alongside recommendations for anticoagulation in this population.en_US
