dc.description.abstractMATERIAL AND METHODS The results of the study and inpatient treat ment of 79 patients for 2017-2022 with puru lent-necrotic lesions of the feet against the background of diabetes mellitus in the depart 1 2 ment of purulent surgery and surgical complica tions of diabetes mellitus at the multidiscipli nary clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy were analysed. Depending on the surgical ap proach strategy, the patients studied were sepa rated into two groups. The first group ( compar ison ) included 39 ( 49.4 %) patients treated in hospital settings in 2017-2019.en_US
