The results of the analysis of vitamins in the daily ration of workers of the Tekistil enterprise are as follows: in the winter-spring and summer-autumn seasons of the year, the consumption level of vitamin C in the diet is 75.7-92.0% in male workers and 66.2-82.2% in female workers, vitamin A 94.8- 86.9%, and in female workers 85.2-86.6%, vitamin B1 in male workers 86.7-85.0%, vitamin B2 100-77.8%, vitamin B6 95.3 -100%, while in female workers it is 74.0-75.0%, 61.1-50.0%, 80.0-86.7%, in male workers 63.6 -66.7%, 51.5-45.5% in female workers, 95.2-92.1% of vitamin E in male workers, 87.9-85.5% in female workers, workers with vitamin K requirement 87.6-86.4%, 89.2-92.9%, PP vitamin 91.4-93.8%, 89.2-86.6% in the analogous order. | en_US |
