Aim: This study aims to examine the relationship between maternal diet quality during pregnancy and the severity of pediatric bronchial asthma in children aged 1 to 17 years. By analyzing maternal dietary habits, with a focus on the intake of histamine-rich and sugary foods, and comparing them to asthma severity in children, we seek to determine whether specific maternal dietary patterns influence asthma development and progression. The ultimate goal is to identify potential dietary risk factors that could inform preventive nutritional strategies and public health recommendations for pregnant women to reduce childhood asthma incidence and severity.en_US
