Abstract: This article analyzes the clinical and immunological characteristics of early childhood epileptic encephalopathy. Diagnostic criteria were developed to differentiate epileptic encephalopathy from other forms of epilepsy. The significance of immunological markers (IL-1, IL- 10, TNF-α) and their association with clinical symptoms were studied. Based on the findings, recommendations for early diagnosis and treatment of epileptic encephalopathy were developed
