| Abstract: | This article is devoted to a comparative analysis of sleep disorders in phobic anxiety- and anxiety-depressive disorders (PAD and ADD). 66 women aged from 22 to 54 years old with diagnoses of phobic-anxiety disorders (group 1, n = 32) and mixed anxiety and depressive disorder (group 2, n = 34) have been analyzed. The dynamics of each psycho-emotional disorder state in both study groups was analyzed. Although PAD and ADD had a similar clinical picture, dynamic monitoring of the clinical course symptoms revealed fluctuations in symptoms. It was found that insomnia is closely related to both PAD and ADD: the risk of developing insomnia in anxiety disorders is 2.56 – 4.71, and in depression – 2.27 – 3.52. In the 1st group the risk of developing insomnia had a direct correlation with the anxiety degree, in the second group - with the depression severity. This research will help to improve the timely diagnosis of phobic-anxiety and anxiety depressive disorder and improve a differentiated approach to the presentation of medical and psychological care. |
