dc.description.abstractInsultlarning patogenezi, klinik kechishini o`rganish va davo choralarini takomillashtirish dolzarb muammo hisoblanadi. So'nggi yillarda olib borilgan ilmiy tadqiqotlar ma'lumotlari asosida neyrogenez, neyroyallig'lanish va angiogenezni endogen tartibga solishning ba'zi molekulyar mexanizmlarini analitik tahlil qilish tadqiqotimizning asosiy maqsadidir. Xulosa tanlangan original ishonchli maqolalardan qilingan. Aniqlanishicha neyrogenezning barcha bosqichlari apoptoz, yallig'lanish, angiogenez, hujayra differentsiatsiyasi va proliferatsiyasidagi o'zgarishlarga vositachilik qiluvchi o'sish omili molekulalarining ishi bilan tartibga solinadi. Ulardan biri qon tomir endotelial o'sish omili - qon tomirlarida arteriogenez, neyroproteksiya, neyrogenez, angiogenez jarayonlarida ishtirok etadigan angiogen oqsillar guruhidir. Insuit hududida rezident va yangi hosil bo'lgan neyronlarning omon qolishi uchun zarur bo'lgan angiogenezni keltirib chiqaradien_US
