| Abstract: | Tadqiqotning maqsadi semizlik bilan og‘rigan, qandli diabetga chalinmagan va hali davolanish boshlanmagan bemorlarda ichak mikrobiotasining tarkibiy o‘zgarishlarini, hamda bu o‘zgarishlarning semizlik darajasi (tana vazni indeksi, TVI) va bel aylanasi bilan bog‘liqligini baholash. Tadqiqotga davolanishdan oldingi bosqichdagi 75 nafar semiz bemorlar kiritildi: glyukagonga o‘xshash peptid-1 (GO‘P-1) agonisti guruhi — 44 nafar (36 ayol, 8 erkak) va bariatrik jarrohlik guruhi — 31 nafar (26 ayol, 5 erkak). Antropometrik (tana vazni, TVI, bel aylanasi) va biokimyoviy (lipid profili) ko‘rsatkichlar aniqlandi. Natijalar. GO‘P-1 guruhida o‘rtacha TVI 36,84 kg/m², bariatriya guruhda 41,09 kg/m² ni tashkil etib, ikkala guruhdagi barcha bemorlarda abdominal (markaziy) semizlik kuzatildi. Semizlik darajasi ortishi bilan foydali taksonlar izchil kamaydi: Akkermansia muciniphila 6,0 lg dan 4,69 lg gacha, Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron 7,67 lg dan 5,91 lg gacha, Lactobacillus spp. 6,75 lg dan 5,84 lg gacha. Semiz bemorlarda ichak disbioz holati semizlik og‘irligiga mutanosib ravishda kuchayadi: himoyaviy va qisqa zanjirli yog‘ kislotalarini ishlab chiqaruvchi mikroflora kamayishi, shartli-patogen flora esa ko‘payishi aniqlandi |
