dc.description.abstractJ ahon sog’liqni saqlash tashkiloti (JSST) 2019-yilgi koronavirus kasalligi (COVID-19) pandemiyasini global sog’liqni saqlash sohasidagi favqulodda holat deb tasnifladi [1]. Virus o’tkir respirator distress sindromini keltirib chiqaradi. Hozirgacha bu kasallik haqidagi bilimlarimiz cheklangan. Yangi beta-koronavirus birinchi marta 2019 yilda Xitoyning Uxan shahrida aniqlangan va keyin butun dunyoga tarqaldi. SARS-CoV-2 RNK virusi bo’lib, genomlari 26000 dan 32000 tagacha [2]. Kapsid tarkibida to’rtta tarkibiy oqsil mavjud: spike (S), nukleokapsid (N), membrana (M) va enzim (E). Ularning tadqiqotida nuklein kislota va yangi paydo bo’lgan N-kislota SARS-CoV-2 virionining lipidli yangi eritmasi ostida joylashganligini ko’rsatdi [3]. Elektron mikroskop ostida S harfi tojga o’xshaydi, shuning uchun nomi: koronavirus. Protein S ikkita domendan iborat. Angiotenzinni o’zgartiruvchi 2-turdagi ferment (ACE-2) retseptorlari bilan bog’lanishi virusning hujayralarga kirishini boshlaydigan yuqori lob sohasida sodir bo’ladi. S oqsilining pastki domeni virusning xos hujayra membranasiga biriktirilishida ishtirok etadi [4]. M oqsilining vazifasi virus genomini hujayra membranasining ichki yuzasiga bog’lashdir. Transmembran oqsillarining C-terminal domeni virusli N oqsili bilan aloqa qiladi va uning hayot aylanishida muhim rol o’ynaydi [5].
