Abstract. This study explored the extra gastric manifestations of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection in children with chronic gastroduodenal pathology. Conducted from 2019 to 2023, it involved 106 children aged 7 to 17 years, with 76 Hp- infected and 30 non-infected participants. Results showed that Hp infection was associated w'ith more severe and frequent symptoms, such as dyspepsia, abdominal pain, and gastrointestinal dysfunction. Nutritional factors, including inadequate breastfeeding and inconsistent complementary feeding, were linked to higher rates of anaemia and allergic conditions in the infected group. Scatological and endoscopic examinations revealed significant pancreatic and bile flow dysfunction in Hp-infectcd children. The study recommends early detection and treatment of Hp infection to prevent extra gastric complications. Additionally, a predictive algorithm was developed to aid in the diagnosis and management of these manifestations. Future research should focus on refining diagnostic tools and long-term strategies, particularly addressing nutritional interventions and early therapeutic measures.en_US
