Abstract:
Purpose of the study: To study the specific immunohistochemical changes in the
pancreas during the proliferative stage of COVID-19 infection.
Materials and methods: Pancreatic tissue samples taken from 116 autopsy cases of
individuals who died from COVID-19 infection at the Republican Center of Pathological
Anatomy were examined. Morphological and immunohistochemical analyses of the pancreas
were performed.
