dc.description.abstract This work is dedicated to the experimental study of the role of hypoxia-inducible factor 1 (HIF-1α) in the development and course of toxic hepatitis induced by heliotrin intoxication. Heliotrin is a pyrrolizidine alkaloid known for its toxic properties, especially to the liver. The study aims to examine changes in HIF-1α levels as a potential marker of oxygen deficiency in the liver and its involvement in the pathogenesis of toxic hepatitis en_US
