Abstract:
Among school children, the effectiveness of pea soup from local herbal products in the Prevention of
iron deficiency disease vomiting was assessed. After the introduction of pea soup made from plant
products into the daily ration, the school showed that the physical development of students and the
improvement of blood indicators, the role of animal proteins in the ration of students was created in
conditions of exacerbation with vegetable proteins. This created conditions to prevent defects in the
physical and mental development of students.
