Abstract:
The article presents the results of clinical observation and comprehensive
examination of patients with bronchial asthma (BA) treated with glucocorticosteroids. The study used
a questionnaire for targeted identification of dyspeptic complaints, history of lesions development
and esophagogastroduodenoscopy, which allowed early detection of gastroduodenal pathology in
26.3% of cases in patients with BA. Among them, gastric ulcer disease was detected in 24.3% and
12th finger ulcer disease in 2%.
