Abstract:
The article presents the results of clinical observation and comprehensive examination of patients with bronchial asthma
(BA) treated with glucocorticosteroids. The study used a questionnaire for targeted identification of dyspeptic complaints, history
of lesions development and esophagogastroduodenoscopy, which allowed early detection of gastroduodenal pathology in
67.3% of cases in patients with BA. Manifestations of reflux esophagitis were found in 43.3% of patients with BA, of which 86.1%
of patients had a catarrhal form and 13.9% of patients had an erosive form.
