In the spectrum of chronic inflammatory mechanisms, the main place is occupied by two main pathological processes -
autoimmunity and autoinflammation. Studying the mechanisms of immunopathogenesis, improving diagnostics, revealing the
essence of molecular systematics, developing approaches to the prevention and treatment of autoimmune diseases are among
the priorities of medicine in the 21st century.
