| dc.description.abstract | Functional methods of investigation (ultrasound and MRI) have high sensitivity in the diagnosis of placental in growth (sensitivity 78% and 84%, respectively). However, the isolated use of individual signs of these methods does not allow to reliably determine the depth of placental in vasion. The combined sensitivity of placenta accreta diag nosis is 61.5% for MRI and 62.5% for ultrasound, while the sensitivity of placenta increta diagnosis is higher for MRI 97.4% than for ultrasound 87.3%. | en_US |
