dc.description.abstract Pregnancy loss before 21 weeks, often referred to as miscarriage, remains a significant challenge in obstetric care. This article outlines key strategies and recommen dations to optimize the care of pregnant women at risk of miscarriage before 21 weeks of gestation, focusing on evidence-based interventions and individualized care. Early identification of high-risk patients. Timely recogni tion of women at risk for miscarriage is crucial for effec tive management. Several small trials have suggested that progesterone therapy may rescue a pregnancy in women with early pregnancy bleeding, which is a symptom that is strongly associated with miscarriage. en_US
