dc.description.abstract	The article presents data on the cur rent strategy for the treatment of myo carditis in children. The authors discuss the tactics of treatment of patients with unstable hemodynamics requiring emer gency medical care using inotropic sup port. The possibilities of surgical meth ods of treatment of decompensated heart failure in myocarditis (artificial left ven tricle, extracorporeal membrane oxygen ation, heart transplantation) are clarified.	en_US
