Objective: То study the impact o f endosurgical operations on ovarian reserve in women with infertility due to benign structural abnormalities o f the ovaries. M aterials and methods: The study included 280 women o f reproductive age, who were interested in
preserving fertility after endosurgical interventions on the ovaries. Results: At 6 months after surgery, concentration ofantimullerian hormone (АМН) was significantly decreased, after laparoscopy АМН level was 2.5-fold lower. The results once again confirm that
any surgery on the ovaries o f women o f childbearing age significantly reduce not only the functional state o f the ovaries, but also ovarian reserve, reducing the possibility o f realizing reproductive function. Conclusions: Endosurgical interventions on the ovaries
in women with benign ovarian structural abnormalities causes significant reduction o f both ovaries and follicular pool, diagnosed by ultrasound, fo r 3 months. CDC detects increase in vascular resistance and disturbances o f the collateral network in ovarian peripheryr
with peripheral tissue volume reduction in 1.5 times. |
