dc.description.abstract	270 of them were operated on, the 1st group - 120 women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), the 2nd group - 120 women with follicular ovarian cysts (FOC) who received the drug Utrotestan® in the postoperative period, and 3 - I am a comparison group - 30 women with a similar pathology, but who refused hormonal correction. Pregnancy occurred in the 1st group in 102 (85%), in the 2nd - in 108 (90%), in the comparison group in 6 (20%) patients. The effectiveness o f Utrogestan in the treatment o f luteal insufficiency in patients with infertility caused by benign structural changes in the ovaries, after endosurgical treatment was 60%.	en_US
